If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.




Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.



To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

* The product was purchased in the last 15 days.
* The product isn’t used or damaged. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
* Your item must be in the original packaging.
* Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

Shipping charges:


Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

 


Damaged items:


If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

 



Sale items:


Sale items can be refunded.

 


Refunds:


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 


Warranty:


We know you're going to love your WâHat Tent and we make them to improve your experience outdoors without compromising on quality. We want you to be confident in making your purchase so in the unlikely event of a manufacturing or material defect we'll make it right within one year of purchase, and in accordance with the terms and conditions Consumer Law. All you need to do is follow the instructions below.


Warranty Claims:


Simply send an email to hello@mywahat.com describing the problem, include your order number and send supporting photos in separate emails. Upon receipt of all information our technical team can then make a preliminary assessment and endeavor to reply within 7 business days.



Please note - We have thoroughly tested WâHat tents, we've made them strong enough to last and if used correctly do not break - however, they are not indestructible. If we deem the issue to be misuse we'll offer suitable replacement parts if we have them.

Where damage is a manufacturing or material defect we'll put it right as soon as we can at our cost.

If we cannot fully assess the damage from the information provided or you're not happy with our preliminary assessment you will then need to return the item at your cost for a full and proper assessment. Warranty returns must be arranged by the buyer. If we determine the issue to be a manufacturing defect we'll refund the return shipping cost, repair it and ship back at our cost, if the we deem the defect the result of misuse we'll provide a quote to repair and ship it back to you.



Please note, damage caused by negligent use, excessive force, by dragging or lifting the WâHat with sand in the sand pocket(s) or from not using your WâHat in accordance with the instructions will void your warranty.



We reserve the right to determine whether or not the fault is a manufacturing defect or not. All warranty claims must be supported by your original WâHat order number issued by us. If you did not purchase directly from us you'll need to contact your reseller.
